Delivery policies

Floresy Flowers Shop will deliver all orders approved by our system. In case your order is not approved you will receive an e-mail or a phone call. Our company reserves the right to not process an order if the delivery address is out of our delivery zone.

1.- Orders to Peru:

  • Orders to Lima-Peru: Orders should be placed 24 hours prior delivery date. Customers can choose one of the following delivery turns:
    • From Monday to Saturday: Before 3pm of After 3pm
    • Sundays and Holidays: Before 2pm.
    • Same day deliveries:
      1. Flowers, flower arrangements and sympathy arrangements: For deliveries to Lima, it normally takes form 4 to 6 hours to process and deliver an order, in case we have all the requested products available. In case you need an urgent order or if your order needs to be sent at a specific hour, you can request this on a note in the comments field of our order form or feel free to call our phone number 511-226-5682 (San Borja) to ask for the possibility. These conditions do not apply to Special days
      2. Cakes, Gourmet Baskets, Fruit baskets, baskets with products and other gifts: feel free to call our phone number 511-226-5682 (San Borja) to check for the availability of the requested products or send us an e-mail. These conditions do not apply to Special days.
  • Orders to the cities of Arequipa, Trujillo, Chiclayo, Huaraz, Cusco, Tacna and Iquitos: Orders should be placed 24 hours prior delivery date. Customers can choose one of the following delivery turns:

The products and flower arrangements shown in our online catalogue are from our flowers shops in Lima. For deliveries to these Peruvian cities, we use our affiliate flowers shops. The flower arrangements and gifts are designed with the style and products available in each city. Floresy Flowers shop reserves the right to change a product for one of equal or better value in case the requested one is not available, in case we don’t find the requested product or a similar one we will contact our customer by phone or e-mail.

  • Same day deliveries:

SPECIAL DAYS

Are considered as special days by our company:

  • Valentine Day (February 13th and 14th)
  • Mother’s day (2nd Saturday and Sunday of May)
  • Father’s Day (3rd Saturday and Sunday of June)
  • Christmas (23rd and 24th of December)
  • These days have high congestion of orders; we suggest placing orders for deliveries on these special days with a minimum of 48 hours of anticipation. We don not have delivery hour for these days, all orders would be delivered during the day.
  • Floresy flowers shop reserves the right to not process last minute orders received on these days, for same day delivery, due to an eventual run our of stocks or available drivers, in which case he will be informed by phone or e-mail. Our customer may have the option to change the product for an available one or to change the delivery date.

DAYS WITHOUT DELIVERY SERVICE

  • January 1st
  • Holy Thursday and Holy Friday
  • July 28th and 29th (Independence Day)
  • December 25th (Christmas)

DIFICULTY IN DELIVERY OF THE GIFTS
Floresy Flowers Shop reserves the right to call recipient in case we need directions of how to get to the delivery address or to verify if there is someone home to receive the gifts. If when we arrive to the delivery address we find no one home we will leave a note requesting to contact us as soon as possible to program a new delivery. Consider the delivery charge is only for one delivery.

DEVOLUTION POLICIES
Floresy Flowers shop guarantees the quality of its products and flowers. If a product is received in bad conditions the customer must contact us immediately, until a maximum of 12 hours of the time the product has been received. Floresy will evaluate the conditions of the products and change it partially or totally if necessary.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellations:

A "Cancellation" occurs when the Customer or Supplier voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. Floresy.com will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion.

After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below. You may contact us regarding your purchase from Floresy.com within 1 day of delivery for a full refund.

Returns:
A return occurs when a Customer returns Products previously purchased from 2CO ("Return").

Floresy.com flowers shop will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with Floresy's Return Policy.

Refunds:
A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer("Refund"). Floresy.com accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer.This will take up to 7-10 days.
